What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring timely execution, clear customer communication, and issue resolution. You will work cross-functionally to support scheduling, service delivery, and accurate documentation while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Customer Service Coordination – Coordinate non-project service activity from initiation through completion, ensuring work progresses timely and customers receive appropriate communication.
  • Drive Issue Resolution & Accountability – Track open service issues, customer commitments, and action items; ensure ownership and deadlines are clear and drive items to completion.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution – Serve as a central point of coordination between customers, technicians, service managers, scheduling, purchasing, engineering, sales, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure Scheduling & Dispatch Readiness – Confirm technicians have the necessary information, equipment, documentation, site access, and customer requirements before work is scheduled or dispatched.
  • Coordinate Small Service Installations – Support smaller installation service work that do not require dedicated Project Management, including procurement, demand for scheduling, customer communication, execution tracking, and closeout.
  • Monitor Customer & Service Health – Review service activity, aging tickets, recurring issues, equipment concerns, and preventative maintenance trends to identify customer risks and proactively escalate concerns.
  • Maintain Accurate Systems & Documentation – Ensure ERP, CRM, and service management records, statuses, notes, customer communications, and closeout documentation are accurate and current.

If you’re ready to represent industry-leading technology and help deliver lifelines in the moments that matter, we’d love to hear from you.
