Bonjour, Nashville! Clare V. is coming to Music City!

We're excited to bring a little Los Angeles/Parisian charm to Nashville with our new holiday pop-up store! We're looking for enthusiastic, fashion-loving Sales Associates to join our team and help introduce Clare V. to the Nashville community.

Our seasonal pop-up will be open from November 2026 through early January 2027, followed by renovations and the opening of our permanent Nashville store in spring 2027.

We're hiring both full-time and part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season, with the potential for continued opportunities when our permanent store opens in the spring 2027.

Position Duration: These are temporary seasonal positions supporting our Nashville holiday pop-up, expected to operate from November 2026 through early January 2027. Our Nashville store is scheduled to reopen in spring 2027 following renovations, and seasonal employees may be considered for opportunities when the permanent store opens.

More than 10 years ago, Clare started making the types of bags she wanted but couldn't find anywhere. As the brand grew, she proudly kept production local to Los Angeles, while forging partnerships with local and global organizations working to make a positive difference in the world.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be an important part of creating the warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience that makes Clare V. special.

You'll build genuine relationships with customers, share your enthusiasm for the brand, and help customers discover and style pieces they love. You'll also support daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a fun, collaborative team environment.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and are excited to help launch Clare V. in Nashville!

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build genuine connections with customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

• 1+ years of retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems; Shopify POS experience is a plus.
• Experience with clienteling, personal styling, or relationship-based selling.
• Familiarity with inventory management, receiving, and shipping procedures.
• Passion for contemporary fashion, accessories, and the Clare V. brand.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform essential retail functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
• Climbing ladders or step stools to access merchandise and displays.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 40 pounds, including overhead lifting.
• Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling products, operating POS systems, and visual merchandising.

Compensation & Perks

Hourly Pay: $17.00–$21.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
