Duprey Hospitality is a Concord, New Hampshire-owned and operated, full-service hotel management company with management contracts including Marriott, Choice Hotels and Hilton brands. Duprey Hospitality currently manages 6 hotel properties as well as two event spaces.

 Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the front of the house of the hotel, which may include the breakfast, bistro, housekeeping, laundry, front office, guest services, reservations, and telephone services to maintain established operational standards and maximize hotel profits 


 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain high levels of guest services 

• Achieve budget revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the rooms department

• Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments 

• Implement and maintain local and national sales/marketing programs 

• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the Rooms Department 

• Participate in preparation for the annual hotel budget 

• Participate in providing accurate forecasts 

• Schedule staff according to labor standards, budget, and forecasted occupancy 

• Optimize guest satisfaction through associate development, job engineering, and quality image 

• Manage staff, ensuring labor laws, company policies, and procedures are in compliance 

• Maintain knowledge of government regulations 

• Work well with all staff to ensure a proper work environment 

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the property 

• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people 


 Additional Duties:

• Act as Manager on duty when scheduled 

• Attend monthly department meeting 

• Complete projects as determined by the General Manager 

• Actively seek out other tasks when current work is complete 

• Participate in ongoing education and training 

• Other duties as assigned
