Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• Obey all camp rules and policies   
• Be patient, loving, and kind
• Activities include (but are not limited to):
• Arts & crafts, pool activities, basketball, volleyball, gaga, field games, campfires, archery, portable climbing tower, Laser Tag, etc.
• Organize, repair, inventory program equipment

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist with running preparing for and running activities
• Serve Campground Staff as needed
• Become familiar with the camp and grounds
• Keep spiritually and physically prepared to minister

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Program Manager

REPORTS TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum age: 14
• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Strong Worldview 
• Work well alone and with others
• Desires to be part of a team
• Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
• Comfortable working alone and with others
• Comfortable working with children and families
