The Senior Financial Analyst supports enterprise financial planning and performance analysis by developing models, analyzing trends, and evaluating key business drivers. In addition to contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities, this role plays a central role in corporate development initiatives, including rating agency reporting and M&A due diligence analysis. The position ensures accurate financial reporting and delivers meaningful insights to leadership to support informed decision-making.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities by preparing detailed financial models and analysis.
  • Utilize Workday (Adaptive) Planning and other financial systems to maintain forecasts and generate reporting outputs.
  • Analyze quarterly income statement and balance sheet results, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
  • Review and analyze monthly cost center expense reports, investigating variances and supporting departmental discussions.
  • Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast for review by management.
  • Develop supporting schedules and financial reports used for leadership, rating agency, and other internal presentations.
  • Support financial modeling and analysis related to strategic initiatives and M&A due diligence activities.
  • Assist in enhancing financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes across the FP&A function.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.


EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience required.
