Position Summary - The Manager, Investment Solutions serves as a senior strategic advisor and business development leader responsible for driving the adoption, utilization, and commercial success of Sanctuary's Home Office and Third-Party investment solutions across its network of independent wealth management firms. 


This individual will serve as a trusted consultant financial advisors, Strategic Alliance Partners, and Home Office solution teams to increase awareness, engagement, utilization, and business results. This role requires a highly experienced, investment professional with a sophisticated understanding of wealth management, portfolio construction, investment products, and the independent advisor ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical investment expertise, executive-level relationship management, strategic business development experience, and the ability to influence sophisticated financial advisors and business leaders.


  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Solutions Education & Adoption

  • Serve as a subject matter resource on Sanctuary's Home Office and Third-Party solutions and resources.
  • Educate advisors and partner firms on available solutions, services, and      value-added capabilities.
  • Drive awareness, utilization, and adoption through proactive outreach and      ongoing follow-up.
  • Conduct educational meetings with partner firms via Teams, in-person office visits, and national conferences.
  • Distribute marketing materials and educational content developed by IASG and solution teams.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and adoption goals.

Business Support

  • Drive product adoption and business growth across Sanctuary's solution and Third-Party offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to align advisor’s needs with Home Office capabilities.
  • Collaborate with solution leaders to develop targeted adoption strategies.
  • Influence advisor behavior and drive measurable business outcomes.

CRM Management, Analytics, Performance Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of strategic advisor relationships, business development opportunities, pipeline activity, and follow-up initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate investment solution adoption, advisor engagement, pipeline development, revenue influence, and overall business performance.
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop and maintain adoption dashboards and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Analyze the relationship between advisor engagement, solution utilization, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate performance data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve platform effectiveness.
  • Present strategic insights, business development progress, and performance results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Executive Relationship Management & Cross Functional Leadership

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior financial advisors, partner firm principals, investment committees, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between partner firms, investment solution providers, Strategic Alliance Partners, and Sanctuary's Home Office leadership.
  • Collaborate with Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, and other business units to align platform capabilities with advisor needs and organizational growth priorities.
  • Identify recurring advisor feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform the continued development and positioning of Sanctuary's investment solutions platform.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to improve advisor engagement, strengthen partner relationships, and expand platform adoption.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business development, relationship management, or a client-facing consulting role.

· Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing business outcomes in a consultative environment.

· Expertise in investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategies across traditional and alternative asset classes.

· Demonstrated success driving investment solution adoption, business development initiatives, revenue growth, or measurable outcomes within a complex financial services environment.

· Strong understanding of the independent wealth management ecosystem, including RIAs, broker-dealers, asset managers, custodians, and third-party investment solution providers.

· Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate sophisticated investment discussions, and communicate strategic recommendations effectively.

· Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage relationships, pipeline activity, and reporting.

· Ability to travel as needed for advisor meetings, conferences, and partner firm visits.


Preferred

· Advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with an emphasis in Finance, Investment Management, or a related discipline.

· Professional investment or financial planning designation, such as CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or CPWA®.

· Experience consulting with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth wealth management practices on investment solutions, portfolio construction, and platform utilization.

· Experience within an RIA aggregator, wealth management platform, TAMP, asset manager, or investment solutions distribution organization.

· Established relationships within the independent financial advisor ecosystem, including RIAs, asset managers, custodians, and investment solution providers.

Salary Description
