The Compliance Analyst translates federal regulatory requirements into the data fields, logic, and code that power ACES’ compliance-related reporting and platform functionality. This role bridges regulatory subject-matter expertise and technical execution — identifying the data fields a requirement calls for, drafting the underlying logic, and confirming the result reflects the rule accurately using test data. The Compliance Analyst partners closely with Compliance leadership and members of the Operations and Product teams to ensure new and updated logic is accurate, well-documented, and thoroughly tested before release.
