- We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Garage Door Installation Technicians. Previous garage door installation experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person!
- If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.
- This is a hands-on career where every day brings something different. You'll work at homes and businesses throughout the Twin Cities, install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and accessories, and learn a skilled trade you can be proud of.

What You'll Do
- Install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and related components.
- Prepare your truck with the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.
- Review work orders and follow installation specifications.
- Ensure doors and openers are properly installed, aligned, and operating safely.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and provide professional customer service.
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.
- Work alongside experienced team members while developing your skills.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with your hands.
- Dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
- Previous construction, installation, or garage door experience is a plus, but not required!
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
