Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently.
• Repair or replace faulty components in HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize work orders, improve processes, and ensure safety compliance across all operations.

 Qualifications

• Proven experience in appliance repair, service technician roles or similar maintenance positions with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems repair and maintenance.
• Skilled in appliance installation, repair, and troubleshooting for commercial or industrial kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures for various mechanical systems.
• Construction experience or background in building maintenance is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
