Clinical Direct Support Professional

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule:  7am - 3pm Monday - Friday 

PAY: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management

- Support clients in developing and maintaining independence skills

- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of clinical staff

- Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status

- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients

- Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Respond promptly to clients’ needs and emergencies, following established protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred

- Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients

- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

- Valid Driver's License

- Auto Insurance policy with minimum policy coverage - $100,000/$300,000

- Must be at least 18 years old.
