NOW HIRING: LPN NURSE MANAGER
Sunset Assisted Living | Illinois
Full-Time | $33–$36 Per Hour, Based on Experience | Benefits Included
Leadership, Flexibility, and Meaningful Resident Care
Are you an experienced LPN looking for a leadership opportunity that offers flexibility, variety, and the ability to make a real difference?
Sunset Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated LPN to join our team as our Nurse Manager!
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys leadership and organization but still wants to stay connected to residents and hands-on nursing care. - Benefits Package: Benefits available to eligible employees.
- Flexible Management Responsibilities: Organize your administrative duties around the needs of the community.
- A Balanced Leadership Role: Spend time managing nursing operations while remaining involved in resident care.
- Predictable Floor Coverage: Work as the floor nurse at least one day per week, plus one weekend per month, with no more than two weekends per month.
- Meaningful Work: Make a direct impact on the quality of care and daily lives of our residents.
