Reroof Sales Manager
Description

Commercial Reroof – Sales

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Description

Why This Role Is Worth a Look

Top performers on our team earn $250,000 or more. You'll receive a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.

If you've sold roofing before, you may know this situation. You close the deal, but the company struggles to deliver. The crew arrives late, the project runs over schedule, or the quality doesn't meet what you promised. Suddenly, your reputation is on the line, customers stop returning your calls, and the referrals you've worked hard to build disappear.

At Rackley Roofing, our production and service teams deliver what you sell. Every successful project helps strengthen your customer relationships and creates opportunities for future business.

This position isn't about chasing one sale after another without support. You'll develop long-term relationships with property owners, asset managers, and facility teams who return year after year.

As a full-service commercial roofing contractor, Rackley Roofing offers customers comprehensive solutions, including commercial reroofing, new roofing systems, sheet metal, waterproofing, and ongoing service work.

More solutions to offer means more opportunities to sell and earn.
