Northern Nurseries is seeking motivated individuals to join our Manager in Training Program. This hands-on leadership development role is designed for future managers looking to build a long-term career in the nursery, landscape supply, and horticulture industry.

What You'll Do

• Learn all aspects of branch and yard operations.
• Develop leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, sales support, and daily operations.
• Work alongside experienced managers to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
• Help ensure a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, nursery operations, retail management, distribution, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership potential and desire to advance into management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment

• Hands-on role with both operational and leadership responsibilities.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
