Heartline Staffing is hiring a Dentist in White Cloud, Michigan.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient role focused on full-scope general dentistry, including restorations, extractions, dentures, crown and bridge, and endodontics
• Patients are assigned to you for continuity of care
• Supported by 1–2 dental assistants, with other dentists onsite for collaboration
• Integrated clinic with medical and pharmacy services onsite
• New graduates and experienced dentists welcome

• Base salary of $145,000 – $165,000

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• 4- or 5-day work week
• No weekends and no on-call schedule
• Outpatient general dentistry
• Productivity expectation of 1.5 patients per hour
• 1–2 dental assistants per dentist
• Other dentists onsite for collaboration
• Integrated clinic with medical and pharmacy onsite

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorations, extractions, dentures, crown and bridge, and endodontics
• Maintain continuity of care with an assigned patient base
• Maintain steady patient flow in line with productivity expectations
• Collaborate with dental assistants and fellow dentists

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $145,000 – $165,000
• Sign-on bonus
• $5 per visit bonus above 1.7 patients per hour
