What You'll Do
- Provide urgent and primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and develop care plans
- Perform physicals, screenings, and occupational health exams
- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- At least 1 year of provider experience or relevant emergency care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable practicing independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
Skills and Certifications Required:
- One year of FNP/PA experience or emergency care experience as an RN
- Experience treating pediatrics preferred
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Active Iowa Nurse Practitioner state license
- Active DEA License
- DOT Physical Certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
