Job Type: Full-time
Job Salary: DOE / Highly Competitive
About the Role
We are a well-established national logistics and distribution organization operating across a diverse portfolio of essential commercial and consumer goods. While our enterprise has a long history of market leadership, this specific large-scale fulfillment facility is currently facing significant operational and cultural headwinds.
We are not looking for a "caretaker" or a manager to maintain the status quo. This warehouse is actively struggling with high employee turnover, broken operational workflows, and low morale. We need a resilient, change-minded leader to step in, stabilize the facility, rebuild the infrastructure, and champion a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported. If you look at chaos and see an incredible opportunity to orchestrate a major professional comeback, we want to talk to you.
