What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the face of Genesis in the field—collecting blood and urine specimens, and making sure everything gets back to the lab safely and on time. This role is equal parts phlebotomist + problem-solver + relationship builder. 

• Travel to patient homes to complete collections  (your route = your responsibility) 
• Perform blood draws + urine collections with confidence and care 
• Work closely with elderly patients—patience and compassion matter here 
• Handle specimen labeling, documentation, and chain of custody like a pro 
• Use our LIS system (Genuin) for orders and tracking 
• Transport all specimens back to the lab for processing 
• Build strong relationships with staff at each facility

• Hit your route across multiple stops 
• Knock out collections efficiently (without rushing patient care) 
• Stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving

• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience 
• Experience with elderly/LTC patients preferred 
• Reliable transportation (non-negotiable) 
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile role 
• Strong attention to detail + organization 
• Basic computer skills 

Bonus Points If You Have 

• Phlebotomy certification, CNA, or MA 
• Lab or specimen processing experience 
• Mobile healthcare or field-based experience
