The Automotive Shop Coordinator supports the auction service department by managing repair orders, tracking vehicle repairs, coordinating parts orders, and assisting the Shop Manager in keeping auction vehicles on schedule for sale.

Work Hours for Automotive Shop Coordinator

• Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm
• Friday 8am - 4pm or 5pm (based on auction volume)

Responsibilities for Automotive Shop Coordinator

• Maintain repair orders and vehicle records in the auction management system.
• Coordinate repair activities with shop personnel and parts vendors.
• Track parts orders, repair progress, and sale-ready vehicles.
• Help prioritize work to meet auction timelines and sales schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the Automotive Shop Manager.

Requirements for Automotive Shop Assistant

• At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Some experience in automotive service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive service.
• Computer proficiency.
• Good data entry, organization, communication, and follow-up.
