We are looking for someone who can truly be the face of our practice—someone who brings positive energy, enjoys building relationships with patients, and makes everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can confidently manage a busy front office while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Be the Face of Our Practice: Welcome patients with a warm smile, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm while creating a memorable first impression.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Service: Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and helpful.
• Manage Patient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, maintain an organized schedule, and help maximize efficiency throughout the practice.
• Build Patient Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with patients and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment.
• Multitask with Confidence: Manage multiple front-office responsibilities while remaining organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Support Practice Success: Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental or medical receptionist experience is required.
• An outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality.
• Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Confidence managing a busy patient schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for patient care.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
