Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of vacant apartments to the highest standard,      ensuring they are move-in ready for new residents.
• Complete all cleaning tasks within designated time limits while maintaining high      attention to detail.
• Keep an accurate record of work completed within our work order management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any service requests or      concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure proper function and      safety.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional house cleaning, with a focus on preparing      vacant apartments for new residents.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, techniques, and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with      teammates.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients' properties
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
