Position Title: MRO Specialist (Night Shift)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday if Needed)
6:30 PM to 3:15 AM (OT Require if Needed)
Training Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM up to 1 Month.
Position Description:
Position responsible for the buying, deliver and replenish of spare parts in support of the department’s needs. Primary responsibilities include supervising parts room clerks and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager and Asst. Manager to identify MRO, plant floor, and parts room opportunities.
Requirements
Inventory Management (Critical Spare Parts, Consumables, Other Spare parts)
- Prepare Purchase Orders for procuring parts and materials. Receive material and confirm invoices.
- Communicate with vendors to search better price, service and quality. Compare with different vendors if available.
- Control In/Out of parts by tracking Purchase orders, Invoices and daily log of parts. Register material on inventory system (currently FT Maintenance)
- Report Inventory Levels of parts in a defined frequency
- Support physical inventory of parts when is required.
Process Improvement (System)
- Create cell specific spare part list (Critical Parts, Consumables, Other Spare parts).
- Manage Drawings for spare parts. Organize them in order to find them quickly.
- Create reports to visualize inventory information.
- Keep area clean and organized. Always look for ideas how to organize better.
- Communicate with other department to get ideas and request to improve.
EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 years of related job experience
- Math skills
- Organizational Skills
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Reading & writing skills
