Position Summary

GRL is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Toxicology team in Orlando. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced laboratory setting and is committed to producing accurate, timely, high-quality results.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform toxicology testing accurately and efficiently.
• Manage pre-analytical and post-analytical laboratory processes.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, QC procedures, and calibration standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall laboratory excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical laboratory skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

License/Certification:

• Active Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License in Chemistry. (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Clinical laboratory or internship experience.
• National certification as an MLS or MT.
• Experience with quality control processes and/or SOP development.
