The Vehicle Photographer & Lot Associate supports auction operations by photographing vehicles for online listings and assisting with vehicle movement, staging, and inventory management. This role works primarily outdoors in a fast-paced environment and requires standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions throughout the day.

• 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities for Vehicle Photographer & Lot Associate

• Take clear, high-quality photos of vehicles for online auction listings.
• Upload and organize vehicle images using company-provided equipment.
• Locate, start, move, stage, and position vehicles safely on the auction lot.
• Scan, tag, and label vehicles accurately.
• Ensure photos accurately represent vehicle condition and features.
• Report vehicle damage, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic flow guidelines.
• Assist with other lot operations duties as assigned.

 Qualifications for Vehicle Photographer & Lot Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age. 
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least one year of photography, imaging, or visual documentation experience preferred.
• Experience in the automotive, dealership, auction, or vehicle inventory industry imaging preferred.

Physical Requirements for Vehicle Photographer & Lot Associate

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Frequently enter and exit vehicles.
• Bend, stoop, and crouch as needed.
• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to twenty-five pounds.
