Why This Role Matters

Marketing at Indiana Farmers Insurance is a catalyst for growth, where insights, strategy, collaboration, and execution come together. As the Marketing Communications Program Manager, you will help shape how associates, agency partners, members, and prospective customers experience our brand. You will lead high-impact programs, create meaningful communications, and turn ideas and performance insights into campaigns that help grow the business.

What You Will Do

  • Lead marketing and communications initiatives from strategy through execution, including strategy briefs, campaign development, creative direction, content creation, vendor coordination, and multichannel delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing and communications partner for product launches, organizational change, partner and community engagement, brand evolution, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives and materials for onboarding, company announcements, product launches, customer stories, and industry trends that reinforce the Indiana Farmers Insurance value proposition.
  • Own assigned marketing channels and programs, including website, agency co-op, partnerships, sponsorships, budgets, technology relationships, content, adoption, user experience, financial controls, and continuous improvement.
  • Create impactful, accessible digital experiences across web, email, video, webinars, content marketing, social media, and emerging channels.
  • Use campaign analytics, program performance, partner feedback, segmentation, and experimentation to improve engagement, personalization, efficiency, and business outcomes through a Test, Learn, Evolve mindset.
  • Champion Indiana Farmers Insurance brand standards across digital, print, social, video, and co-branded advertising, including appropriate use of the licensed Garfield property.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve planning, content development, analysis, and program operations while applying sound judgment and keeping people in control.

How You Will Contribute

Every day brings a different opportunity to solve a problem, connect a message to the right audience, or make a program work better. You will thrive here if you enjoy variety, bring forward new ideas, and can move work from concept to consensus to delivery. You will combine creative thinking with practical follow-through, build trusted relationships across the organization, and use data, technology, and feedback to keep raising the bar.
