Laura Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy service environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service visits. You'll work closely with our experienced technicians and Service Department to coordinate repairs, communicate recommendations, and ensure every customer receives the quality service they deserve.

Reports To: Service Manager / Fixed Ops Director

Schedule: Full-Time Position

M-F | Hours vary between 7:00AM - 6:00PM

Essential Duties:

• Welcome customers to the Service Department and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle information, and perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds.
• Work alongside Service Technicians to identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair orders, including labor, parts, and estimated completion times.
• Clearly communicate service recommendations, repair costs, and expected timelines to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and obtain authorization for additional services when needed.
• Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Review completed repairs, verify repair order accuracy, and explain services performed before closing out the visit.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with company policies, procedures, and required training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Service Management.
