The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Before & After School Site Counselors to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for elementary-age children while assisting with the planning and implementation of fun, creative activities. Site Counselors build positive relationships with children and families and promote healthy habits while supporting the YMCA's mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. • Minimum age of 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; OR 1+ years of childcare experience with children under age 13 years old preferred.
• Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications preferred.
