Warehouse/Distribution Associate 

Schedule: Full Time, schedule may include evenings and weekends

Pay: $21.50 – $20.00/hr.

Location: Oneida, NY

Warehouse/Distribution Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
• Operate and coordinate the movement of materials using conveyors, hoists, carts, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Review receiving and shipping documentation, material movement requests, and warehouse capacity to schedule and prioritize material-handling activities.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Maintain and prepare shipping, receiving, and inventory records as needed.
• May oversee and provide guidance to shipping and receiving personnel.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational requirements.
• Ship and receive products utilizing agency vehicles.
• Promptly report all incidents, concerns, or unexpected events to the appropriate supervisor(s).

• High School diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a warehouse setting or similar industrial experience;
• Valid NYS driver's license and maintain a driving record in accordance with our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
