We produce bean salads and pickled vegetables under our "Farm Fresh Flavor, Made Easy" brand, and we're growing our team.

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Open Positions:

Forklift Operator

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsible for safely operating a forklift to move raw materials and finished product throughout the facility, supporting production and warehouse operations.
Requirements: Prior forklift experience required.

Production/Sanitation (Split Shift)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Supports both production line operations and sanitation of equipment and facility areas to maintain food safety standards.
Requirements: Previous experience with machine operation or lockout/tagout procedures preferred.

Line Lead

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM (Fridays and overtime as production requires)
Run the show. Own the morning startup, lead the crew across every station (glass line, filler, capper, onion chopper, batch kettles, and more), run changeovers, troubleshoot equipment with Maintenance, and train new team members while keeping quality and safety on point.
Requirements: Food or manufacturing production experience; lead or trainer experience a plus. Mechanical aptitude, forklift certification (or ability to obtain), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift. 

We are willing to train the right candidates. If you don't have direct experience but are hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn, we encourage you to attend.
