As a leading multifamily property management company overseeing more than 40,000 apartment homes and supporting 900+ team members across the country, we are looking for an exceptional Vice President, People & Culture to lead and elevate our human resources function.

This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. We are seeking a forward-thinking executive who can develop and execute a people strategy that supports organizational growth, strengthens culture, and enhances the employee experience at every level. What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will build an HR organization that employees and leaders view as a true business partner, known for being responsive, knowledgeable, innovative, and easy to work with. You will develop a high-performing HR team, streamline and automate processes, enhance the employee and manager experience, and create scalable people practices that support Valiant's continued growth.
