Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Automotive Sales Associate to join our vibrant

dealership team. Entry-level candidates with no prior experience – comprehensive

• Engage with potential customers through Inbound/outbound sales efforts. Walk in customers, internet leads enquiries, service drive.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored vehicle recommendations, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and available automotive financing options to facilitate deal closing.
• Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software systems.
• Close deals efficiently while adhering to dealership policies, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on passenger car sales and high-end vehicle transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for client interaction and public speaking engagements.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for effective sales support and pipeline management.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with phone etiquette for outbound calls and client communication.
