- Supervise and coordinate site personnel and technical staff, including work assignments, scheduling, leave coverage, timekeeping review, coaching, performance feedback, training needs, onboarding, and coordination of corrective action with company management and Human Resources.
- Provide quality oversight of trade work; verify that installations conform to applicable drawings, specifications, equipment requirements, and workmanship standards; and ensure identified deficiencies are corrected before inspection or turnover.
- Serve as an alternate RedTail point of contact for the Contracting Officer, COR, depot personnel, equipment users, and other project stakeholders within the limits of delegated authority.
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and quality standards applicable to depot and industrial operations.
- Support labor tracking, timekeeping, and reporting in accordance with contract terms.
- Coordinate subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service technicians, including site access, submittals, delivery dates, installation requirements, utility interfaces, testing, training, and turnover schedules.
- Help prepare operational reports, deliverables, and correspondence.
- Progressively assume Site Manager duties as part of a structured succession plan.
