Are you an HR professional who wants to be a true partner to the business—not just maintain the status quo? We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Chaska, Minnesota. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership, build relationships across the organization, and make a tangible impact on the employee experience. You’ll have exposure to the full organization, the trust to make decisions without being micromanaged, and the opportunity to help create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
We are an authorized sales and service center for Swagelok Company and have proudly been in business since 1966. We provide high-quality components, custom assemblies, and technical expertise to a wide range of industries. We’re a growing, values-based organization that emphasizes teamwork, transparency, intentional decision-making, and continuous growth. We invest in our people through training and development, provide opportunities to grow, and encourage employees to bring ideas forward and make a difference.
In this role, you’ll have broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and employee experience. You’ll support both proactive and reactive recruiting efforts while building strong relationships with internal leaders, employees, candidates, and external partners. You’ll also contribute to culture and employee experience initiatives, helping ensure our HR practices reflect who we are and how we want to work together.
The right person will be approachable, trustworthy, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and follow through on important details. Learning agility is critical—you’ll need to be comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, asking questions, learning quickly, and figuring things out. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes initiative, and understands that great HR is ultimately about supporting both people and the business.
This position is Monday through Friday during standard business hours and is based in the office five days per week. We value being together as a team while also providing flexibility when life happens.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; highly competitive paid time off and sick time; 10 paid holidays; an incentive reward plan; HSA employer contributions; life insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; and a 401(k) plan with company match.
