Requirements

Job Description:

The Media Specialist owns the build, launch, and optimization of Homemakers' paid and organic media campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and organic social channels. Working with the marketing, creative, and content teams, this role turns approved campaign plans and assets into accurately built, well-tracked campaigns, then uses performance data to improve results over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Build and launch paid media campaigns in advertising platforms using approved campaign plans and assets, including audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding, and placements.

• Set up, schedule, and manage organic social content in publishing platforms in alignment with the marketing content calendar.

• Implement campaign tracking, including UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and naming conventions, so performance is measured accurately.

• Review platform builds before launch for accuracy, links, tracking, and brand standards.

• Resolve placement errors or missed postings flagged by the team.

Optimization & Testing

• Monitor performance and pacing against KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend), and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, creative, and placements to meet goals.

• Plan, run, and document A/B tests, and apply learnings to future campaigns.

• Identify underperformance and scaling opportunities early, and share recommended next steps with the marketing team.

Reporting & Insights Support

• Deliver weekly, monthly, and post-campaign performance reports for paid and organic channels using the organization's established metrics and definitions, platform and vendor dashboards, and analytics tools.

• Partner with the Lead Insights Analyst to translate findings into campaign changes, keep tagging consistent for dashboards, and flag tracking gaps or data quality issues.
