Sal’s Pizza is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Floating Shift Leader to support our five New Hampshire locations.

Unlike a traditional Shift Leader position assigned to one restaurant, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple Sal’s Pizza locations, providing leadership and operational support wherever it's needed most.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly to new environments, and takes pride in helping teams succeed. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Travel between our five New Hampshire locations based on operational and staffing needs.
• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist Store Managers with supervising, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Step in to provide leadership coverage during staffing shortages, vacations, and peak business periods.
• Support food preparation, customer service, order accuracy, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Train and develop employees while reinforcing Sal's Pizza standards and      procedures.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Adapt quickly to different teams and locations while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Previous shift leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, pizza shop, or fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work at any of our five New Hampshire locations as business needs change.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead different teams effectively.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Working knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
