- Coordinate client personnel and internal consulting teams to gather information, resolve issues, and complete deliverables.
- Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities while maintaining responsiveness and meeting commitments.
- Delegate work to Consultants and Senior Consultants and remain accountable for the quality and timeliness of engagement deliverables.
- Review financial information and team work product, identify issues, and communicate findings and actionable recommendations.
- Anticipate roadblocks, escalate issues when appropriate, and take ownership of moving engagements to completion.
- Build productive client relationships and communicate directly about expectations, deadlines, responsibilities, and outstanding needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients’ accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and finance operations.
- Prepare clear, polished, client-ready reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Support the development of team members and contribute to the continued growth of VMG Health’s financial advisory services.
