Make Your Experience Pay

• Base pay + uncapped performance incentives: Earn additional compensation on top of your base, with the potential to exceed $130,000 annually.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems.
• Clearly explain findings and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement options.
• Take ownership of each call through quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and follow-through.

What You’ll Need

• Residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete service calls independently.
• EPA 608 Certification, minimum Type II.
• Strong customer communication, dependable attendance, and safe work habits.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
