Heartline Staffing is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract opportunity with a leading global professional services organization. This role focuses on recruiting experienced sales and consulting professionals within the Health & Benefits business.

We're looking for a recruiter who brings a strong combination of agency recruiting, professional services experience, and a proven track record of successfully placing sales professionals. This is an opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, influence hiring strategies, and own the full recruiting lifecycle in a highly collaborative environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead recruiting strategy and execution for mid-level through experienced professionals, partnering with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

ROLE
• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting From Intake Through Candidate Selection And Offer Strategy
• Partner With Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, And HR Partners To Develop Recruiting Strategies
• Recruit Experienced Sales Professionals And Consultants Within A Professional Services Environment
• Develop Targeted Sourcing Strategies To Attract And Engage Qualified Candidates
• Leverage LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, And Other Recruitment Technologies
• Advise Hiring Managers On Candidate Assessment, Interviewing Best Practices, And Hiring Decisions
• Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Influence Recruiting Decisions
• Maintain Consistent Candidate Communication And Deliver A High-Quality Candidate Experience
• Support Efficient, Consistent, And Inclusive Recruiting Processes
• Utilize Technology-Enabled And AI Recruiting Tools To Support Talent Acquisition Activities

COMPENSATION
• $50 Per Hour

Requirements
• Minimum 7 Years Of Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience REQUIRED
• Agency Recruiting Experience Combined With Professional Services Recruiting Experience REQUIRED
• Proven Track Record Of Successfully Recruiting And Placing Sales Professionals REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Strong Sourcing, Candidate Assessment, And Recruiting Technology Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Recruiting Sales And B2B Professionals REQUIRED
• Ability To Influence And Advise Business Leaders And Hiring Managers REQUIRED
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills REQUIRED
• Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Recruiting Best Practices REQUIRED
• Ability To Work In A Hybrid Environment With At Least 3 Days Per Week Onsite REQUIRED

Preferred
• Experience Recruiting Within The Health & Benefits Consulting Industry
