Wholesale Sales Lead

ConnectUs | Full-Time

About ConnectUs

ConnectUs provides end-to-end mobile device solutions, including procurement, deployment, lifecycle

management, and wholesale buying and selling.

We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Lead to take ownership of our existing wholesale

business, drive profitable growth, and expand our network of buyers and suppliers.

About the Role

Are you a natural dealmaker?

ConnectUs seeks an entrepreneurial wholesale trader who can connect sellers of smartphones, tablets,

laptops and connected devices with qualified buyers, negotiate profitable transactions and cultivate repeat

trading relationships. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position for someone who knows the mobile

device wholesale industry and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

This is not a conventional enterprise account executive or ecommerce operations position. Success requires

independent sourcing, urgency, commercial discipline and integrity.

The Wholesale Sales Lead will be responsible for both buying and selling inventory, developing new business,

growing existing relationships, and improving the processes that support our wholesale operation.

We need someone with industry experience, strong relationships, and the hustle to identify

opportunities, move quickly, and close profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities

? Own and grow ConnectUs' wholesale business, with a focus on revenue, profitability, and repeat

business.

? Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, brokers, refurbishers, retailers, and

enterprise buyers.

? Proactively source inventory, identify buyers, negotiate pricing, and close profitable transactions.

? Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships.

? Monitor market pricing, inventory demand, and industry trends to identify buying and selling

opportunities.

? Work with procurement and operations to ensure efficient inventory movement and order fulfillment.

? Identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover and reduce aging stock.

? Negotiate deals within established guidelines, obtaining leadership approval for significant transactions.

? Improve wholesale workflows through process improvements, automation, and better systems.

? Track and report on sales, gross profit, inventory movement, and pipeline activity.

Required Qualifications

? Direct experience buying and selling wholesale mobile devices, consumer electronics, or

refurbished technology.

? Proven ability to develop business, negotiate deals, and generate profitable sales.

? Strong knowledge of the secondary mobile device market, including pricing, product grading, and

inventory values.

? Established industry relationships and the ability to develop new buying and selling opportunities.

? Strong understanding of profit margins, inventory turnover, and transaction profitability.

? Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple deals in a fast-moving environment.

? Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

? Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience growing or managing a wholesale business or significant book of business.

? Established network of wholesale buyers, suppliers, brokers, and refurbishers.

? Experience improving sales processes, implementing automation, or increasing operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We need a driven, experienced wholesale professional who knows how to make deals happen.

Someone who picks up the phone, follows up, recognizes profitable opportunities, and understands that speed

and responsiveness matter.

This person will take ownership of an established wholesale business, strengthen existing relationships,

develop new opportunities, and help take the business to the next level.
