As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing high quality food for breakfast, lunch, and banquet events in a fast paced hotel kitchen. Your primary focus will be executing breakfast service, preparing lunch items, and supporting high volume food production while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.

We are especially interested in local candidates who have strong breakfast line experience and understand the pace and demands of the Jackson Hole hospitality industry.

• You will help create memorable food experiences for our guests.
• You will prepare breakfast items, lunch dishes, appetizers, salads, banquet items, and other menu offerings.
• You will be responsible for the setup and service of one à la carte station per shift, with a focus on breakfast and AM service.
• You will assist with banquet preparation, catering, and high volume food production.
• You will maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation during busy service periods.
• You will maintain an organized workstation and demonstrate strong preparation, time management, and food handling skills.
• You will work collaboratively with the culinary team while also being able to work independently and take initiative.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong breakfast cooking and line execution skills.
• Experience preparing lunch items and working multiple stations.
• Banquet, catering, or high volume food production experience.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Strong preparation, organization, and time management skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work the breakfast and AM shift.
