Position:  DF Inventory Specialist 

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: 700 E 107th St Chicago, IL 60628

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to work in a temperature-controlled refrigerator and freezer warehouse. In this role, you will work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, proper product rotation, and efficient warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities 

• Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Monitor product expiration dates to help prevent product loss.
• Maintain proper inventory organization and storage within the refrigerator and freezer areas.
• Assist the Inventory Manager with inventory discrepancies and other inventory-related tasks.

• Must have one (1) year stand-up forklift and EPJ experience.
• At least one (1)  year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in a cold, temperature-controlled environment, including refrigerator and freezer areas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow inventory procedures and safety guidelines.
• Candidates must also be available to work occasionally on Saturdays. 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
