  • Keep labor costs in line by planning staffing, assigning work effectively, and managing overtime.
  • Get the most usable product from lumber and other raw materials through better cutting, material selection, and handling.
  • Reduce scrap and material waste without sacrificing product quality.
  • Set clear expectations, train and support employees, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Identify delays early and take action to keep production moving.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements
  • Experience managing production in cabinet doors, woodworking, or a closely related manufacturing operation.
  • Experience leading a sizable production team across multiple departments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
  • Working knowledge of woodworking equipment, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to follow through with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to meet production deadlines, control labor costs, and reduce material waste.

We are looking for a manager who takes initiative, follows through, and delivers consistent results in production, quality, and cost control.
