What You Bring – Required

  • 5+ years of experience in operational training, learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching and developing employees.
  • Demonstrated experience developing curriculum and translating complex processes into effective learning materials.
  • Experience using performance data to identify learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Strong facilitation, writing, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

What You Bring – Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, loan servicing, collections, or another regulated operations environment.
  • Experience building structured learning programs or role-based learning paths.

  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, or documentation governance.
  • Experience using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, AI-assisted content creation, or other emerging learning technologies.

Success Looks Like

  • Employees have clear, role-based learning paths that support onboarding, development, and career growth.
  • Training materials and procedures are accurate, consistent, and ready for new processes and client launches.
  • Training programs produce measurable improvements in employee readiness, quality, and performance.
  • Supervisors and employees have reliable learning resources that reduce the need for ad hoc support.
  • Training priorities, outcomes, and resource needs are clearly communicated to Operations leadership.
