Healthcare Administration Adjunct Faculty Description 

South College Online seeks candidates for an adjunct Healthcare Administration faculty member. Successful candidates will have a terminal degree, and preference will be given to candidates who have successfully taught Healthcare Administration in the online format. The position is online remote and will report directly to the Department Chair of Business.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Healthcare Administration courses in an online learning environment.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
• Collaborate with the Business Department Chair and faculty to enhance course quality and student engagement.

Education

• Terminal degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration.
• Successful completion of at least 18 graduate credit hours in Healthcare Administration; including areas such as Finance, Accounting, Law, and Ethics.
• Successful completion of at least 18 graduate credit hours in Human Resources.
