About HART Recovery Care
Help us change the way addiction treatment is delivered.
HART Recovery Care is pioneering a different approach to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment by bringing personalized, comprehensive addiction treatment directly into the comfort and privacy of patients' homes.
Traditional addiction treatment often requires individuals to leave their families, careers, and daily responsibilities to receive care in a facility. HART is challenging that model by delivering clinically supported treatment in the home, helping patients build lasting recovery while remaining connected to their everyday lives.
Our approach combines medical oversight, addiction therapy, recovery coaching, care coordination, and ongoing recovery support to create a personalized treatment experience designed around each patient's needs.
We are not looking to simply participate in the traditional addiction treatment market. We want to help redefine it.
As we expand into new markets, we are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial professionals who believe addiction treatment can be delivered differently and want to play a meaningful role in bringing this innovative model to patients, families, and healthcare partners.

• Introduce and promote HART's innovative in-home addiction treatment model to healthcare professionals, treatment providers, and community partners.
• Identify underserved patient populations, referral opportunities, and strategic partnerships that can benefit from home-based addiction treatment.
• Build new referral channels while expanding relationships with existing behavioral health and healthcare partners.
• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to differentiate HART from traditional facility-based treatment programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine market-entry strategies, outreach initiatives, and growth opportunities.
Referral Relationships & Strategic Partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, addiction treatment providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop partnerships with detoxification programs, residential treatment centers, PHP/IOP programs, and other providers to support appropriate transitions into home-based recovery.
• Educate referral partners on HART's clinical capabilities, patient eligibility, treatment pathways, and differentiated approach to recovery.
• Explore opportunities with employers, employee assistance programs, health plans, and other organizations seeking effective addiction treatment solutions.
• Become a trusted resource for referral partners by demonstrating responsiveness, clinical understanding, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Education & Market Awareness
• Serve as an ambassador for a new approach to addiction treatment, helping referral partners understand when in-home care may be an appropriate alternative or complement to traditional treatment.
• Clearly communicate HART's value proposition, including personalized treatment, privacy, family involvement, continuity of care, and integration into patients' everyday lives.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and educational discussions to referral partners and healthcare organizations.
• Represent HART at industry conferences, professional networking events, and community meetings.
• Gather market feedback and work with leadership to continually strengthen HART's positioning and outreach strategies.
Sales Execution & Accountability
• Own and manage an active pipeline of referral sources and strategic accounts.
• Establish measurable account development plans and consistently execute outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records of referral relationships, business development activities, and opportunities within the CRM.
• Partner closely with admissions, clinical, and operations teams to facilitate timely, appropriate patient referrals and seamless transitions into care.
• Monitor referral activity, admissions conversion, account productivity, and market growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly business development goals.
• Provide market intelligence and actionable recommendations to leadership.
