Position Summary
The Regional Logistics Manager provides operational leadership across multiple NEFCO branches and/or fulfillment centers. This role is responsible for ensuring that site logistics leaders execute consistently against company standards for safety, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, labor management, facility discipline, and leadership accountability. The Regional Logistics Manager translates network strategy into site-level execution, develops local logistics leaders, identifies performance gaps, and drives corrective action while supporting growth and continuous improvement across the region.
The role is not intended to be the daily operating manager of a single warehouse. Its value comes from building capable site leaders, creating consistency across locations, removing barriers, and ensuring each operation can perform without routine senior-level intervention.

- Standard KPI visibility across locations, with clear actions when performance falls below expectation.
- Appropriate staffing, leadership coverage, and organizational structure based on business volume and complexity.
- Reduced operational variation through common processes, standard work, and disciplined use of SOPs.
- Effective support of network growth, facility transitions, integrations, and major logistics initiatives.
