Position Summary: To orchestrate the operations of service, set up and breakdown of remote bar events. Successfully drop off and recover all beverage items including wares and linens from drop bar locations and events. Effectively manage credit card transactions with a touch screen.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Executes setups for all remote bars including glassware, bar ware, goods, and products.
• Follow standard operating procedures designed to enhance service, create efficiencies, improve team dynamic, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Extending the best and most friendly service to all guests and team members.
• Performing additional projects and duties as assigned.
• Understanding and training in POS systems.
• Working with temp staff for events when needed.
• Displays punctuality and reliability in areas of supervision, reporting, and organizing.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and sets the tone for the rest of the department.
• Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction at the café and during catering functions.
• Maintain uniform standards along with hygiene and safety and sanitation practices.

Requirement/Qualifications

• Must be able to work in temperature extremes and noisy environments.
• Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for up to eight hours.
• Must be able to lift forty pounds.
• Must have manual hand and finger dexterity for adept use of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to listen attentively and facilitate the communication process.
• Willingness, flexibility, and availability to work extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Possess well-rounded problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
