GSF Properties is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fresno. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, answer questions, process applications, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and help keep our 303-unit community thriving. You'll also assist with marketing efforts, follow up on leads, and build positive relationships with both current and future residents.
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, and eager to grow in the property management industry. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Pay: $18-$19 per hour + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport, follow up with prospects, and close leases.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to walk the property and conduct apartment tours.
- Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Sundays, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
