Help adults with intellectual and physical disabilities build independence, develop life and job skills, and achieve their personal goals at home, in the community, and in the workplace. Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities

• Provide  support, supervision, and encouragement
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Support community outings, vocational activities, and goal achievement
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being
• Provide transportation when required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+
• Valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Experience preferred but not required
