About the Position:
At EEI, we believe in doing things the right way, with excellence, integrity, and genuine care for our people. As an employee-owned company, our People First culture is rooted in trust, accountability, and shared success.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & President, you will serve as a trusted strategic and administrative partner, helping our CEO/President stay focused on the priorities that move EEI forward. You will help prepare the CEO/President for key meetings and decisions, coordinate Board of Directors and governance activities, manage domestic and international travel, support executive-sponsored initiatives, and build productive relationships with leaders and stakeholders across EEI. You will also provide appropriate personal administrative and logistical support where it enables the CEO/President to effectively manage executive schedules, travel, and related commitments.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced executive-support professional who thrives on independence, exercises excellent judgment, and is comfortable working with a high degree of trust and confidentiality. You are proactive rather than reactive, confident communicating with senior leaders, and motivated by creating the systems, relationships, and working rhythms that help an executive operate at their best.
