The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Renovation Project Manager to join our growing renovations team! As the on-site face of Gabriel Builders, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and our core values.

You'll be responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, developing and managing project schedules, submitting daily reports, maintaining detailed project records, and following through on requests and commitments with care and timeliness.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You will work closely with subcontractors and trade partners, clients, and internal team members to keep projects moving forward efficiently and professionally. Our reputation for cleanliness is something we take seriously, so maintaining an organized, exceptionally clean jobsite and work truck is a must.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily project operations, monitoring costs and maintaining budgets, assisting with bid packages and estimating, coordinating trade partners, and anticipating long-lead materials and potential scheduling challenges. Because renovations often involve unique conditions and unexpected discoveries, the ability to think ahead, adapt, and solve problems thoughtfully is especially important.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing construction projects involving luxury custom homes; renovation experience is a plus.
• An impeccable work history and a strong commitment to accountability and professionalism.

• Strong organizational, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
